Good Afternoon 6th Grade Parents & Guardians,

Esperanza Academy Charter Middle School will be distributing Chromebooks, information packets, and materials to all of our incoming 6th grade students next week, Monday through Friday, August 24-28 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Middle School on 4261 N 5th Street. To receive the device you will need to take a parent personal identification. You will also need to take your child with you as we will be taking his/her picture for their school student identification.

 To comply with health guidelines for social distancing, we ask that you please DRIVE your vehicle to collect the device and materials. We ask that you stay in your car and our staff will process the distribution.

PLEASE REMEMBER: YOU MUST TAKE PROPER IDENTIFICATION FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILD WITH YOU.

Buenas Tardes Padres y Tutores de 6to Grado,

 

La Escuela Intermedia de Esperanza Academy Charter distribuirá Chromebooks, paquetes de información y materiales a todos los estudiantes que ingresan al sexto grado la próxima semana, de lunes a viernes, del 24 al 28 de agosto de 9:00 am a 1:00 pm en la escuela intermedia en 4261 Calle N 5th. Para recibir el dispositivo, deberá llevar una identificación personal del padre o tutor. También deberá llevar a su hijo/a con usted ya que le tomaremos una foto para su identificación escolar de estudiante. 

Para cumplir con las pautas de salud para el distanciamiento social, le pedimos que CONDUZCA su vehículo para recoger el dispositivo y los materiales. Le pedimos que se quede en su automóvil y nuestro personal procesará la distribución.

POR FAVOR RECUERDE: DEBE LLEVAR LA IDENTIFICACIÓN APROPIADA PARA USTED Y SU HIJO/A CON USTED.
